For in stock products, estimated delivery: 3-5 working days.

For pre-orders, estimated delivery: 4-6 weeks. If you have pre-ordered an item, this will be dispatched once we have it in stock. You will receive an email with racking information once we have sent your item.
The package will be brought to your door. You will be contacted by the courier by phone.

TAXES & DUTIES

All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Therefore, additional charges for customs must be borne to you.

 

Return Policy

To us, no order is complete until you are fully satisfied, this is why we make returns FREE and easy. If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to contact us via contact@quiteluckydnb.com. If you live in Romania, we'll send a courier to pick up the items you are returning. We’ll give you a full refund via bank transfer to the bank account you provide (if you live in Romania).

We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and with all their tags attached. Naturally any faulty items can be returned. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

* In case of an international exchange, you will have to cover the shipping cost of the new package.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
